Elubo Ogede or Àmàlà Ogede is a Nigerian food made out of Plantain flour. Plantains are peeled, sliced, cleaned, dried and then blended into flour called Elubo Ogede. Plantains are white in colour but turn brown when dried; this gives Elubo Ogede its colour. Elubo Ogede is from Western Africa and eaten mostly by the Yoruba people in Nigeria.
